My visit to this salon was the worst experience I've had. I strongly advise against it. The last nail technician at the end station did the most subpar job on my nails. She was also incredibly impolite, and my nails were uneven and unattractive. I had to request another technician to fix them. I also observed multiple patrons returning to the salon with complaints. I will never return to this place. I refuse to support a business that lacks respect and courtesy towards its customers. You should hold yourself to higher standards. Customer service and quality results are crucial. I opted to return to a salon in Waldorf.
The service for customers here is lacking. You show a nail technician a picture, they claim they can replicate it, but the result is far from the image. The nails end up uneven and too thick. My nail set was not worth the $100 price tag. When I asked for removal and a refund, they refused. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment. They advertise discounts for cash payments, but it's not a true discount when they arbitrarily set their prices.
This nail salon is the first I have visited that left no errors. The nail technician tidied my cuticles without me needing to ask. My nails look impeccable, with no residue from the acrylic, no polish on the skin of my fingers, and no acrylic residue behind the nail. The best part is that it didn't take long, and the precision is spot on. The pink glitter powder was beautiful. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely return for a fill-in.
