My nails look fabulous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. Great experience overall.
Everyone at this salon does an exceptional job. They pay close attention to achieving clean, smooth lines on my nails. A major plus for me is that my cuticles always appear healthy and well-maintained afterward. In other places, I've noticed they tend to look dry and unkempt post-treatment.
This nail salon is the ABSOLUTE worst I have ever visited. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never encountered such a terrible experience. Initially, I was mocked and interrogated when I specified the nail shape I desired. Furthermore, I was forced to opt for white chrome nails instead of the French style with a chrome finish that I wanted. The technician falsely claimed that other colors didn't look good, all the while searching online for instructions on achieving a chrome finish. My nails ended up thick, neglected my cuticles, and bore no resemblance to what I had requested. And that's not even the worst part... when my friend asked for ombre French nails, she was disregarded and given a disdainful look. Subsequently, when my friend conceded to regular French nails, the technician abruptly agreed as if nothing had happened. We spent $65 on our nails, $75 with the tip, and didn't receive anything close to what we desired. To add to the disappointment, six days after the treatment, three nails have already fallen off. I've worn nails for a month before, and while they weren't perfect, they never detached in such a short time. What a complete waste of money. My friend's nails are already chipped, and the polish didn't hold up. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! You'll end up squandering your money and needing a redo within a week. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am utterly shocked and disgusted that this establishment is still operating.
