I wish I could rate them lower than one star because they don't even merit that. There was no one in the outdoor section to assist with patio umbrellas, despite them being scattered all around and not easily accessible for customers to purchase. I went to the front desk to request customer service to send someone over, but no one appeared even after waiting for 30 minutes. This establishment lacks basic customer service skills.
They are always kind to me and the service is exceptional. It's simple to locate what I require, so I don't have to waste much time wandering through aisles all day. Plus, the self-checkout option is a true lifesaver.
