Accompanied my partner to this establishment for a pedicure, and he had a wonderful experience. The entire staff displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout. It truly is a fantastic retreat for men to unwind and receive grooming services. Upon completion of his session, he felt as if he was walking on clouds. The separation of nail stations from barber chairs by a large sliding door allows for a peaceful environment where gentlemen can relax with headphones and personalized TV programs. He is looking forward to returning in the future!
Fantastic spot for gentlemen to get essential grooming services. The atmosphere is top-notch, feels like stepping into the ultimate man retreat. The complimentary service was exceptional, their attention to detail truly elevated the experience.
Opted to try out this establishment upon its grand opening and was fortunate to have a skilled barber attend to me on multiple occasions. She delivered excellent results, leaving me highly satisfied with the service despite the higher pricing compared to other salons. Unfortunately, she is no longer part of the team. Despite this setback, I gave a chance to a new barber who was still in training and unlicensed. Although he did an acceptable job, my recent visit resulted in a botched shape up by another inexperienced barber. It appears that the salon struggles to retain employees. Additionally, the front desk staff often seem disorganized. Regrettably, I have exhausted my patience with them, despite appreciating the location and convenience. Hopefully, they will improve their operations soon. While the concept is great, this particular location requires significant refinement.
