My nails were attended to first, not allowing my toes to dry properly before I had to depart. The services felt rushed, leaving my feet dry with calluses still present. The foot tub water was drained prematurely, and the cuticles were left untouched until I spoke up. The owner was friendly and welcoming, greeting all customers. The technicians could benefit from smiling more and being friendlier.
I have been a loyal customer of this salon for years. However, in my recent visits for Dip services, I've noticed that they file my nails too thin, causing chipping and breakage within a week. When I visit other salons while traveling, I don't encounter this issue. I'm unsure of what has changed, but I hope they address the problems and enhance the quality of their work.
Absolutely dreadful service! Upon entering, I was immediately hit with a strong chemical odor in the air! If you decide to visit this place, make sure to wear a gas mask. I was seated at station #7 and waited for 30 minutes before the technician, who was working on the lady next to me, came over to attend to me. When I asked if he had changed his gloves, he nonchalantly replied, "Oh no, not yet. No worries." He left and returned to my station with bare hands, only to put on gloves. He then proceeded to cut my cuticles so aggressively that I started bleeding. Each time he picked up a tool for my feet, he would say, "Only for you." The nail polish job was amateur at best. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, a staff member remarked, "White is a difficult color." Yet, the previous three customers with white toes had no issues. I requested to remove the color and just leave. The rush and lack of proper disinfection of tools and nail bowls at this salon are concerning. Enter at your own risk. I will not be returning, and I hope my cuticles don't get infected. The overall atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. I regret ever setting foot in this place.
