I called and tried to make an appointment with them to fix up my girls hair for a wedding. The lady on the phone seemed very friendly and told me since she was not personally working that Saturday, she would put my number out in a group text and someone would pick me up. It has been 3 weeks now and nothing. I was looking for a place to go and have had this place recommended to me by several, but if that is the way they are going to handle a first time customer, I will go elsewhere.
I've been getting my hair highlighted for years and have visited several different salons. Im always trying to find the best colorist for the best price! I must say, i have never walked out of a salon happier with the results than i did when Alex at Lavish did my color! I have thick long hair and he took the time to put almost twice the foils in when i requested a " heavy halo". I have found my permanent "Go To"! Lavish Salon is clean and in a great location and they also have a stylist that does hair extensions, which has been difficult to find in the past.
I have been going to Jamie Smith for 10 years. She always does an amazing job. His personality is the best!! When in his presence you can't help but feel like he's an old friend or family member. He is so personal and compassionate. He treats you like you are the most important person in the world while you're in his chair. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is well pleased. And if they're not, he will go above and beyond to make it right. I love him!! I would recommend him to anyone! And the salon is beautiful. Lots of services offered. He takes his time too. Below is a photo of me after seeing him last week. He put 3 or 4 different colors in my hair. 😍
