A stunning salon offering a variety of services. They use top-quality salon products and have skilled stylists who can give you the latest hairstyle. I highly recommend it! My stylist, Olivia Hamilton ❤️, is exceptional.
I had my hair cut by Alex, the worst haircut I've ever had. I've had to wear a wig for two months because the haircut is irreparable. I went in with over 4 inches of hair, requested to maintain the length, and showed pictures. I left with half an inch of hair and a hairstyle more suited for someone much older! I'm 35, not 75. I had been growing out my hair for months only to end up with this disastrous cut. Not to mention the $45 wasted and the additional cost for the wig. I do not recommend her services.
This establishment has a severe issue with customer service. They were unwilling to acknowledge the obvious mistake. Attempted to replace a powder that clearly did not match the sample of the same color. They claimed they didn't notice it, yet another employee did; it was a deliberate choice to be uncooperative. A responsible business owner would have offered complimentary samples to help compensate for my $50 loss by providing samples of blush, lipstick, eyeshadow, and a different foundation shade. This would have made me feel like I didn't waste my money. Their response was, and I quote, "It's your fault for buying it without color matching." It is rare to find someone in the store who can properly match colors. This falls on the business. Properly staff your establishment.
