Charlotte is a 10⭐️ person all around. I’ve had a front row seat for many years to watch the mind-blowing talent she performs with hair services AND customer service. She works, with her whole heart, on the head in her chair and demands excellence of her work and to have her clients leave with exceeded expectations. For the fellas, she is a stickler for that sharp line and super clean blend!!

12 days post a full set. I visited to have my previous set removed (which lasted 5 weeks without any issues from another salon) and she PEELED OFF MY ENTIRE SET OF NAILS, damaging each one. She then applied a new full set that didn't even last 3 days. By Day 8, I lost 2 nails, Day 9 lost another, Day 12 lost one more, and broke one on the other hand.
