My manicures outlast others. Fill ins hold up for 3, sometimes 4 weeks when life gets hectic. Prices are fair, not sky-high. The owner's designs are amazing (retro hand art) and they offer nail stickers, etc. Many come for eyebrows, but I stick with my trusted nail spot.
I had a bad experience with Amy's customer service. She admitted to not caring about explaining services to parents before working on their kids. If you visit, ask all the questions as Amy seems indifferent to parental concerns. This was my first and final visit here due to Amy's rudeness.
I've been here twice without appointments. The first visit was for dip nails but got upsold to ombre, which turned out great. The second visit was for soak off, handled by three different staff. Street parking is limited and paid. Regulars seem to get better treatment than newcomers. Don't expect a warm welcome. I'm not eager to return, if at all.
