A Complete Delight!! My darling and I stumbled upon this hidden gem and decided to try a Couple's Contrast Therapy session. I cannot express enough how incredible our experience was! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, escorted to our immaculate room with fresh towels and water ready, and given a detailed explanation of the circuit. The steam shower alone was therapeutic and left us feeling rejuvenated... and the transition to the cold plunge was exhilarating, leaving us both feeling fully alive! Switching between those two and the infrared sauna was a heavenly way to show gratitude to our minds and bodies! The entire journey was distinctive and delightful, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!
