I recently had an Australian wax with Bella, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Bella is incredibly kind and a fantastic listener, which immediately put me at ease. She not only excels in her waxing technique but also takes the time to educate you about the process (it's obvious she's been doing this for a long time).
