Brought my child in and waited for around forty-five minutes before I had to approach someone for assistance. Despite the staff noticing us, no one offered help. Additionally, with three stylists present, only two customers were being served. It seems that walk-ins are no longer valued. I am now seeking a new salon.

My close pal visited this salon on Thursday May 19, 2022 with a hair reference photo in hand. When she sent me photos of her hair outcome, I was deeply saddened. The stylist took full payment for a disastrous job, which shattered my friend's confidence. The stylist claimed to have worked with what she had, but in reality, she left my friend utterly disappointed. At the start, the stylist tried to persuade my friend to go for a different style. When my friend declined, the stylist's attitude soured, leading to a negative experience. I've included 3 photos: the first is the desired style, the second is the disappointing result, and the third is the fix I did myself to boost my friend's confidence. It's frustrating that an amateur like me could achieve a better result than a supposed professional.
