This massage was exceptional! From the ambiance to the way my body felt after the massage was truly amazing. Candace was incredibly attentive and considerate, answering many of the questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to realign their body! :)
I have been a loyal client of about four years, albeit a travel client approximately 1 mile from the office due to a severe physical disability and numerous surgeries. I paid the fee plus a 50% tip. Without any prior discussion, they announced a required tip of 100%, which was a 33.3% increase from the amount I had already given. I attempted to suggest a compromise, but they were "apologetic for the inconvenience." I have my own massage table, sheets, bolster chair, everything to facilitate the process. Recently, I have started heating up hot packs and placing them in a cooler/warmer so they are warm. I am in pain, feeling quite lonely, awaiting a medical/surgical solution, and utterly devastated. They were always forthcoming about illnesses or illnesses in the family to prevent clients from getting sick, which is crucial, especially for someone like myself. This sudden change felt completely unexpected.
