This is my second visit working with Alex and he is fantastic!!! He makes you feel at ease and is very hospitable, especially when you’re trying something different. He’s also excellent at communicating. Extremely disappointing experience, the customer service was extremely poor, practically non-existent. My daughter experienced pain in her nails after the service, and they were dishonest about the nail color we chose. We wanted gunmetal but ended up with blue. They even cut my cuticle, and both our pedicures were ruined within a day, despite not wearing closed-toe shoes.
