Extremely disappointing experience, the customer service was extremely poor, practically non-existent. My daughter experienced pain in her nails after the service, and they were dishonest about the nail color we chose. We wanted gunmetal but ended up with blue. They even cut my cuticle, and both our pedicures were ruined within a day, despite not wearing closed-toe shoes. They refused a refund, only offering to fix it, but I have no desire for anyone in that establishment to touch me again.
Absolutely terrible craftsmanship, this nail salon is outdated. They do not use disinfectant between customers 😡 and the prices are exorbitant for the quality of service they deliver...
A well-kept secret! The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Despite being a walk-in, I was promptly seated and my service began. I will definitely return for another gel manicure.
