I think the old lady with a strong smell is the manager here. The stench was noticeable as soon as she approached from the back. Avoid shopping here if you have a sensitive stomach.
Usually I don't leave reviews, but tonight's experience at Sally's was one of the best I've had in the many years I've been coming here. The cashier I had was incredibly helpful and gave honest feedback on products without trying to upsell. My boyfriend even commented on how amazing they were. They had green hair and assisted me in picking out products. They embodied everything a customer service representative should be. Thank you for your help tonight!
I ordered delivery totaling around $70. One pair of gloves was missing from my order. They attempted to cancel my order and discouraged me from speaking to a manager. The manager then argued with me about replacing the missing item. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I will likely not do business here again due to this poor display of service.
