Initially, I required an appointment but discovered that all slots for the day were filled as there was only one hairdresser available. Being visitors from another place, this was inconvenient. Additionally, the hairdresser I encountered seemed condescending when I asked about the salon's procedures. It appears that big city salons may not be welcoming to small-town individuals.
I have not visited Great Clips or understand its operation, so I phoned to schedule an appointment. The lady on the line seemed weary and was quite rude and sassy. She bluntly instructed me to book online and abruptly ended the call. Luckily, I didn't have to step out of my house:)
Holly is exceptional! She did a fantastic job with my 18-month-old's first haircut at the salon. Jess and Eric (I regret only having met him once, but he was delightful to converse with) are also fantastic!
