I adored my foot treatment. However, I received a gel nail treatment on Sunday and by Tuesday, one of my nails was already starting to chip. A real downer during my holiday to have a chipped nail. I had to remove it myself because it kept snagging when I combed my hair.

The individuals laboring there are very kind, but regrettably I didn't truly fancy my nails. They deviate from the model photo. I did request for a shorter length, yet the form is incorrect, the hue doesn't match, and my nails weren't tidied. White nail varnish is present at the edges of my cuticles, and the sides of the nails were painted inaccurately. I arrived tardy so perhaps that's why the lady hurried to complete my nails. I'm confident they excel at their craft but I would advise ensuring you're content with how they appear at all times and not just relying on the process.

I'm somewhat torn as I've visited in the past and encountered no problems. I went there this past Sunday with my mother. 5-5-24. My mother hasn't had a foot treatment since I was a year old so it's been a while. Upon our arrival for our appointments, they were quite occupied. Understandable to be busy. I informed the woman who attended to my mother's foot treatment that she has a hearing impairment so it would be beneficial to speak louder for her to hear you clearly. My mother also has a health condition where her joints are somewhat stiff but not excessively rigid. She did her best but it was challenging due to the noise in the salon, the mask the lady was wearing, but chiefly because she spoke in a very soft tone. The gentleman attending to me hardly conversed with me at all, which wasn't the worst thing since I needed to pay attention to the woman tending to my mother. The massage was below par and felt rushed. The hot stones were delightful, but while my legs received attention, my feet themselves were completely overlooked. He didn't even complete my foot treatment. He departed to begin another one while another lady arrived to trim around my nails and apply polish. The polish is already fading on a few nails. It's uneven, which likely explains why it's fading on a few nails. I've had exceptional visits here before, so I was extremely disheartened that this time felt rushed.
