Visited today for a special occasion, the initial contact to schedule an appointment was smooth and welcoming. The establishment is pristine, serene, and professional. Had a couples' massage in a well-arranged room with candles, rose petals, creating a nice ambiance, and the massage therapists did an exceptional job. I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled I found him! He is incredibly gentle, kind, and attentive. His work is truly exceptional. I've been to 6 lash technicians since moving to California 6 years ago, and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a lash tech. If you're like me, struggling to open your eyes after the session due to irritation or itchiness, you have nothing to worry about with him. I could open my eyes immediately, and they didn't feel heavy at all. I'm genuinely overjoyed!! I got my lips tinted by Alex about three weeks ago and I wish I had done it sooner!
