I usually don’t leave feedback, but this one is WELL DESERVED, I stumbled upon Alex on social media and decided to give her a try because her prices were VERY reasonable. However, when I actually got my hair done, the results were even BETTER. She brought my hair back to life - it was damaged, dry, and short, but she managed to make it healthy, long, and beautiful! She has worked on my highlights, Keratin treatments, and hydration sessions, and everything turned out perfectly! She is highly professional, efficient, and does an excellent job. As an added bonus, she is incredibly kind and thoughtful, showering you with treats, coffee, and warmth. The salon itself is absolutely lovely, spotless, and very welcoming. Her daughter, Casey, assists her with social media and administrative tasks, and she is also very professional and incredibly sweet.
I discovered Alex a little over 8 months ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled I found him! He is incredibly gentle, kind, and attentive. His work is truly exceptional. I've been to 6 lash technicians since moving to California 6 years ago, and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a lash tech. If you're like me, struggling to open your eyes after the session due to irritation or itchiness, you have nothing to worry about with him. I could open my eyes immediately, and they didn't feel heavy at all. I'm genuinely overjoyed!! Visited today for a special occasion, the initial contact to schedule an appointment was smooth and welcoming. The establishment is pristine, serene, and professional. Had a couples' massage in a well-arranged room with candles, rose petals, creating a nice ambiance, and the massage therapists did an exceptional job. I got my lips tinted by Alex about three weeks ago and I wish I had done it sooner!
