This salon is absolutely fantastic! They offer a wide array of colors and the nail technicians here are truly skilled. If your preferred technician is unavailable, they have other excellent alternatives. I appreciate that they give priority to appointments, but they also welcome walk-ins! If I decide to walk in, I can always call ahead to check the wait time. I love the layout, with manicures in the front and pedicures in the back, providing a sense of privacy. I will definitely be returning!
I visited on Saturday, March 9, 2024, for my 3:00 P.M. appointment. When I sat down for my no-chip manicure, the nail technician confirmed my service choice. I requested a design and was asked to find one online. After showing her a picture of the nails I wanted twice, she began the design. I inquired about adding nail tips, as shown in the picture, but she had already applied a top coat. Despite adding the design to two nails, she applied a clear coat to all my nails. She seemed distracted, looking towards the front of the salon where other customers were seated. I believe she could have added the tips but chose not to in order to attend to another client. Despite my dissatisfaction, I paid for the service. After briefly leaving to shop next door, I returned and asked the manager, Harper, at the front desk to schedule an appointment for someone else to fix my nails, showing him the picture. Although he looked for an appointment, he seemed to engage in a back-and-forth discussion with me. I felt like he was arguing with me, claiming that the technician was not taking on another client, which was untrue. Upon completing my service, I went to the restroom and upon returning through the salon, I noticed the technician attending to another customer. When I requested the owner's contact information, Harper refused to provide it. I wanted to file a complaint against him and the technician for poor customer service. When I asked if I should contact the BBB, he responded with a "yes." I recommend seeking nail services elsewhere. I received something different from what I had requested.
