My relative and sibling had a bad experience with blue hair tint service, resulting in damaged hair. Had to cover up the botched tint with black color. Paid $150 for both services, felt scammed. Hair color faded quickly and became hard. Had to buy hair products to repair the damage.
Made an appointment for 2pm, arrived early and was told to wait. After waiting for 50 minutes with no service, left due to unsanitary conditions and long wait time. Disappointed with lack of cleanliness and professionalism.
Paid $20 plus tips for a rushed 2-minute haircut. Poor customer service, dirty environment, and rushed haircut. Barber used cape to clean chair before putting it on me. Lack of communication, showed price on calculator. Unhappy with treatment, felt disrespected and like a foreigner. Additional processing fee for credit card payments, preferred cash.
