I had a good amount of pain in my neck and shooting down my shoulder and I searched for a masseuse who could accommodate a last-minute booking. Enter River Healing Arts...Alex was immediately responsive, and when he heard that I was in actual pain, he moved around things in his personal schedule to get me in on the same day. I was so grateful for this and knew I was entering into the care of someone who really cares.
I have had many varied massage encounters in the past from chain/strip mall, to private massage in your home, to massage co-op, to high end resort packages, so I try to be open minded about each interaction. Alex exceeded all of my past experiences, by far. The environment that he provides is relaxing and has a very welcoming, positive energy. I was able to vaguely describe my sore areas and then he seemed to have an innate wisdom of how to release my tension and put me into a deep state of relaxation. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’m setting it in my calendar to be a repeat customer and have already referred friends and family too.
