I made a reservation in advance for a manicure based on the prices I saw on their menu photos here, stating $17 per person with a massage included. However, I was charged $35 per person without receiving the promised massage during the manicure. When I tried to upgrade from a dip to acrylics at 2:45, I was told they didn't have time, even though they close at 5. Despite having multiple staff members present, most of them seemed unoccupied and displayed unfriendly attitudes towards me and my boyfriend's daughter. The service was extremely disappointing, and I would rather drive all the way to Rocklin where I used to go. I want to ensure that both myself and my daughter never encounter such subpar work again.
