Lucy is incredible! She excels in various aspects, from explaining the process to crafting stunning eyebrows. My brows needed major help due to a botched threading job, but she has transformed them beautifully! Her color matching skills are top-notch. I can't praise her work enough! Plus, she's a delight to be around, making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I receive numerous compliments on my eyebrows now! I made a reservation in advance for a manicure based on the prices I saw on their menu photos here, stating $17 per person with a massage included. However, I was charged $35 per person without receiving the promised massage during the manicure. When I tried to upgrade from a dip to acrylics at 2:45, I was told they didn't have time, even though they close at 5. Despite having multiple staff members present, most of them seemed unoccupied and displayed unfriendly attitudes towards me and my boyfriend's daughter. The service was extremely disappointing, and I would rather drive all the way to Rocklin where I used to go. I want to ensure that both myself and my daughter never encounter such subpar work again.
