I did not inquire the name of the person who tended to my nails, but they exhibited patience and care, ensuring I did not feel rushed. Their gentle touch during the process left me feeling satisfied with my experience. I eagerly anticipate their service for my next nail session. One recommendation for this establishment would be to prioritize customer engagement over personal conversations. Respect is a crucial element that can greatly enhance customer satisfaction. Despite this, my overall experience today was delightful.
I strongly caution you to avoid this place! The craftsmanship is subpar, the attitudes are dismissive, and there is no accountability for shoddy work!! It has been years since my last visit! I had hoped to see the previous owner, Tran, but to my disappointment, the new management is abysmal!! Seek services elsewhere!! Invest your money in a salon that upholds integrity and respects its clients. It is evident that the staff here do not value those who support their business, or at least not me. My nails lack symmetry; the repair during my fill-in was incomplete. The nail on my left middle finger protrudes, despite the young male staff member insisting it was straight. His female colleague had to rectify the issue by filing it down. Upon my return with these concerns, the male staff member demanded an additional $10 to fix the crooked/lifted nail and offered to address the thumb at no cost. Why should I pay again for a mistake not of my making, especially when I paid for it the day before? (Additionally, his male coworker found amusement in my dissatisfaction, laughing at my complaint and the poor work). This was a botched repair that he failed to rectify properly. He claimed that upon my departure, everything was fine — I had not voiced any grievances!! He found humor in my dissatisfaction today, insinuating that my discontent was unwarranted within 24 hours of the initial service. The nail may no longer be crooked, but it remains lifted, presenting a new issue on a new day! I will dispute the $90 charge and will never return. Proceed with caution, SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE!!
