This establishment is truly remarkable! It exudes tranquility, offers comprehensive services, boasts reasonable prices, and maintains impeccable cleanliness. I was particularly impressed by the proprietor/manager Edith. She possesses a delicate touch, exudes a vibrant personality, and exhibits exceptional skill in hairstyling - an outstanding achievement considering the limited amount of hair I have. The experience felt like a nostalgic trip to a traditional barbershop, coupled with the attentive care of a thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing professional.
I unequivocally do not recommend this establishment. Despite clearly articulating and even providing visual references for the desired hairstyle, the individual assigned to me failed to adhere to basic instructions. Subsequently, she attempted to shift the blame onto me, asserting that I had not communicated effectively, despite the explicit visual aids I had presented. Furthermore, she insisted that the resulting haircut would be satisfactory, despite deviating significantly from my specifications. I have included the reference images for comparison; the disparity is evident.
Vicky is truly exceptional. She demonstrates remarkable attentiveness, invests ample time in her work, and consistently delivers outstanding results! I am eager to return for future appointments.
