My daughter has been visiting this hair salon for a while now and she has always had a positive experience. Today, however, we encountered a new stylist who was very rough with her hair, causing her scalp to hurt. Even hours later, she is still in pain. I will be taking her to see a doctor soon. I advise parents to accompany their children or avoid this salon altogether. The owner did not offer an apology and made excuses for the stylist's behavior. This lack of accountability and care for customers is unacceptable.
