The young lady had skill in her designs, but she handled my hands roughly without proper communication. She was constantly on her phone while tending to my feet, causing me concern that she might file too much. Additionally, there were angry outbursts from dissatisfied customers, yet the staff seemed indifferent to the feedback provided to them.
This place is absolutely one of the worst to visit. While Wendy does a good job with eyebrows, her attitude remains as unpleasant as it was when Tony worked there. Another lady did my nails and seemed inexperienced, indicating a need for further training. This establishment is dreadful; it's best to steer clear!
I visited on the 9th of July for an acrylic fill in. My nails were filed very thin, and the nail tech only filled the base, leaving a noticeable hump in the middle of each nail. This was a new and disappointing experience for me. When I raised my concerns to both the nail tech and the owner, they insisted there was nothing wrong and that the nails looked natural. The tech refused to correct the issue and abruptly left, displaying unprofessional behavior.
