I had a session for powder dip nails and a Pedi. The individual who handled my Pedi was pleasant and did a commendable job. The technician (Helen) was the one indicated on her name tag who managed the dip powder. Due to an accident, my right ring finger had an irregularity. Typically, I entrust the nail techs to decide what's suitable. I clarified that it had acrylic from the previous session. She proceeded to place a fake nail on top. I was uncertain about her approach but allowed her to proceed. There was a visible gap between my nail and the fake one she placed on top. She attempted to downplay it, applied oil and lotion on my hands, and said it was done. I inspected the nail and informed her NO, IT'S NOT GOOD. CAN YOU FIX IT? Her remedy was to trim the tip of my nail and claimed it was resolved. Once again, I stated NO as there was still a gap. I am aware that dirt and water would seep into that gap as I work in my garden. Essentially, she merely filed a portion of the tip, but now it appears dreadful. I was so preoccupied with that finger that I didn't even check the rest of the nails. Upon returning home, I am utterly disappointed. She neglected to shape my nails after the dip, leaving bumps on all my nails‼️‼️‼️‼️ I may revisit the establishment, but I WILL NOT REQUEST HELEN AGAIN‼️
