The staff here is incredibly friendly. Tracy, my massage therapist, did an outstanding job. I've already scheduled another appointment for next month and I'm looking forward to it!
I came in for a 60-minute therapeutic massage for the first time and had a wonderful experience! I left feeling like I was floating on air. The reception staff were warm and welcoming.
We booked a 1-hour massage but only got a 40-minute session. The therapists were late, starting at twenty past the hour and finishing on the dot. Despite the receptionist's assurance, we didn't receive the full time. Speaking with the manager yielded no resolution. Giving 2 stars for the ambiance.
