Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review as my nail appointment did not meet my expectations. Despite the nail artist being kind, she did not follow my instructions. I asked for a "square square" shape, but my nails ended up rounded instead. Additionally, they were too narrow, and she even pointed it out before I noticed. Although the color was great, I paid a significant amount only to be dissatisfied with the shape and to have four of my nails injured. I had to request a file to fix them myself later. Overall, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
This was the most amazing nail salon experience I've ever had! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped in, offering us drinks and seats right away. The pedicure I received included the most fantastic massage, and the nail artist perfectly recreated the manicure I had shown her as inspiration. I am absolutely in love with the results, especially my toes! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service!
Around three weeks ago, I visited this salon for an acrylic set, and I am thrilled with how well they have held up! I called ahead but was able to walk in and be attended to immediately. My nail technician was incredibly kind, and despite not being someone who frequently gets their nails done, the staff made me feel completely at ease.
