I visited here last minute for a birthday pedicure. The person who did my pedicure was fantastic but the proprietor was less than friendly. I had a set of acrylic nails done at a different salon that were around 3 weeks old. While getting my pedicure, the proprietor came over and asked to see my nails. I handed them over and she remarked, "and a fill today too?" I politely replied, "not today," to which she responded with a "mm" and walked away. Despite the great pedicure, I won't return due to the owner's behavior. As a business owner myself, I couldn't fathom treating customers that way.
I absolutely adore everyone in this place. I've been a regular for about 2 years now. They are all incredibly kind! Maddie did my nails today and I absolutely adore them! I've never been let down! Always ecstatic with every set I get done and my pedicures too.
Yesterday, I requested brown with a layer of glitter on top, but ended up with bright orange. I could tell the nail technician was new as the owner kept coming over to fix my nails. I didn't mention the color mistake during the appointment as I knew she was new and didn't want to shake her confidence, which may have been a mistake on my part. I returned this morning and the technician kept insisting I was wrong for not speaking up immediately, which I understand. She accidentally cut three of my fingers during the color change and charged me $20. I don't think I'll be returning.
