Took my son for a haircut last Saturday, and while I initially checked it briefly post-appointment, a subsequent shower revealed a botched job on his poor head. Trimming long hairs around the ears can be fixed at home, but bald spots are irreversible. I understand that Great Clips may not offer top-tier cuts, but the outcome was far worse than expected. We occasionally visit due to time constraints, but I never anticipated a haircut that would leave even a barber college shocked. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and my son is now enduring extreme embarrassment. Hopefully, his peers at school will not be too harsh.
Visited for a basic haircut, requesting a 1-inch trim, but ended up with 2-3 inches chopped off instead. The process felt rushed, completed in just 4-5 minutes without proper attention to detail. Seeing the final result almost brought tears to my eyes, reminiscent of the emotional scene in "Toy Story 3" where the characters face a perceived imminent demise.
I highly suggest utilizing the online check-in feature through the app. Alex and Taylor are exceptional stylists. They are meticulous and thorough in their work. These professionals exhibit a strong sense of pride in their craft. While walk-in salons may be a gamble, you can't go wrong with either of these talented individuals. Additionally, they are warm and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.
