As a spontaneous visitor, they managed to accommodate me even though they were already quite busy. They were exceptionally warm and gracious. Took my son for a haircut last Saturday, and while I initially checked it briefly post-appointment, a subsequent shower revealed a botched job on his poor head. Trimming long hairs around the ears can be fixed at home, but bald spots are irreversible. I understand that Great Clips may not offer top-tier cuts, but the outcome was far worse than expected. We occasionally visit due to time constraints, but I never anticipated a haircut that would leave even a barber college shocked. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and my son is now enduring extreme embarrassment.
