Wiwi Nails is my go-to spot in Oneonta for nail care. They consistently deliver top-notch service. This time, I was pleasantly surprised by their upgraded pedicure chairs - they even have a convenient phone charging feature on the side. The massage function on the chair was a delightful improvement from the previous model. The salon is always impeccably clean, the nail technicians are highly skilled, and they never fail to make my nails look stunning! I also enjoy indulging in a chair massage during my visit. Sarah is my preferred technician - gentle, talented, and kind. Received a gift voucher for a 90-minute massage. Arrived at 9:55 for a 10 am appointment, filled out forms, and entered the room around 10:10 to 10:15. The masseuse was skilled at her craft. However, when she indicated the session was over, I took my time getting up and it was 11:25, having been lying down for about 3-4 minutes. Did mental calculations and realized it was only about 70 minutes. Got dressed, inquired about the time, and was informed we started at 10. I pointed out it was just 11:30, so we were indeed short. She mentioned we began at 10 due to my early arrival. Despite her insistence, we were still short. Given the time discrepancy, I decided the 20 minutes lost could be considered the tip. I had my tragus pierced by Riley on Friday, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I did extensive research on parlors before choosing this spot, which is impeccably clean and inviting. Riley is so attentive and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. She unpacked all the piercing tools in front of me and guided me through each step. It's still a fresh piercing, but it appears as if I've had it for ages, and I feel no tenderness or pain. Thank you, Riley, for such a wonderful experience.
