I desired a lovely lilac hue and I am quite socially awkward haha, but they made the hair styling process enjoyable! Despite spending hours there, it felt like a short time because of the engaging conversations and the cozy ambiance. My hair looks absolutely stunning, perfectly fading into the exact shade I wanted! The owner is a gem! When she didn't have the specific shampoo shade I needed to maintain the color longer, she personally went and got it for me! I just had to pick it up! I won't consider going anywhere else!
