Excellent Salon & Spa

The service provided at this salon is truly exceptional. I visit this place for my nail care needs every 3 weeks with Alexia, and the results are consistently flawless. I highly recommend this salon for top-notch nail services at great prices 😁.

I had a scheduled appointment with Riley, and she was prompt in attending to me, so there was no waiting involved. However, I was disappointed with the overall service. She completed my pedicure and gel manicure in just 45 minutes. She barely removed the cuticles and missed some of the old nail polish. When I asked her to remove the remaining polish, she claimed it was under the skin, which was not accurate.

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed by the hospitality at this establishment. I have visited twice with my son. During my first visit, I had to wait for nearly an hour (my son did not) on the Friday before Mother's Day, as they were quite busy. Despite the wait, the staff were apologetic, attentive, and even offered me a beverage. My second visit was today, with a 6 o'clock appointment for both my son and me. Due to heavy traffic in Chicago, I arrived 25 minutes late instead of the expected 10. Unfortunately, the nail technician assigned to me had to leave, but the technician working on my son's nails kindly agreed to stay. I ended up getting my nails done by her, and they offered to reschedule my son's appointment for tomorrow. Although that didn't work for me, they graciously insisted on giving my son a manicure and a quick pedicure at no extra charge. I am genuinely thankful for their exceptional customer service.
