The first time I visited Comprehensive Laser in Olney I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Alex went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. The facility itself is immaculate and exudes a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the decor and ambiance truly set the stage for a relaxing experience. The services provided were top-notch. Alex is very knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive to my needs. They take the time to understand my preferences and concerns and tailor the treatments accordingly. I always feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I followed Riley to Comprehensive Laser and willingly drive 45-50 mins because I trust them to advise me on all things skincare. I feel mutual respect and supported but never pressed. Riley listens and considers, they are a skilled artist and operate with the utmost integrity. Also, I feel brightened by Riley's genuine presence. I went to have a consultation with Riley at the Olney location and they are the absolute best! They are always so kind, sweet, friendly, and most importantly, honest about what I need and what I don’t need. I appreciate this the most about them. I used to see them at a previous med spa, and everything they have always done looks so natural and perfectly enhanced! When they were doing my treatments (botox and lip filler), they explain why they chose the placement they did, ask me my opinion, explain what they’re doing along the way, and what I can expect afterward, so there’s no surprises. I’m a nervous person and they made me feel calm and confident throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend going to them if you’re looking for someone to trust with your treatments!
