ALWAYS a fantastic experience! Taylor has been styling my hair and my children's for years now. I have very thick hair and in the past, stylists haven't allotted enough time for me. Even though I only visit a few times a year, she always ensures to schedule ample time for me and ensures it's exactly what I desire.
I adore their new location, it exudes a warm and pristine vibe :) I'm thrilled with my cuts and enamored by the color selections (I'm admittedly a challenging client as I never quite know what I want or how to articulate my thoughts on cut or color choice 🤷♀️ I simply sit in the chair and leave the rest to her, she's been styling my hair for long enough to understand what I dislike. Jen has to decode through my descriptions, I'm certain it's not an easy task for her, but she nails it every time! :)
The team was welcoming and the atmosphere was delightful. However, my eyebrow waxing session was subpar. I simply requested a touch-up and was quite dissatisfied with the outcome. After the initial strip of wax was removed, she remarked, "not too bad," which left me feeling uneasy. While the shape was acceptable, I felt that too much was removed between my brows, with my right brow noticeably starting farther than the left. It lacked the precision I had hoped for, as I noticed some stray hairs left untouched. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and accuracy.
