Eva, who was at the front desk, and Nanda, the aesthetician, truly brightened my day. I encountered a payment issue that left me mortified! Eva was incredibly warm and focused on finding a solution. Nanda's work was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning to see her. She is truly exceptional at what she does. I reached out and left a message with the corporate office to express how wonderfully they treated me. I rarely leave reviews, but these women were beyond exceptional. If I had been elsewhere, I'm certain I would have left in tears due to the embarrassment of my card being declined. Eva went above and beyond and resolved my issue. Eva is a truly beautiful person, inside and out. Her compassion and kindness were remarkable. I felt no shame or judgment from anyone there. The care they showed me as a human being was truly remarkable. Due to the exceptional treatment I received from these lovely women today, you now have a loyal customer in me. Without a doubt, the most exceptional Colombian wax I've ever experienced! The expert in charge was a true professional named Alexis, who made the entire process seamless and painless. The atmosphere of the salon was incredibly relaxed and impeccably clean. Left with skin as soft as a baby's. The staff was extremely welcoming! I will definitely be returning!

My aesthetician, Irana, always conducts herself with professionalism and pays close attention to my specific requests, needs, and the preparation of my body before and after waxing. If Irana notices that I am overly stressed or if my hair length is not ideal, she doesn't hesitate to suggest waiting another week.
