My husband had the "Mango by the shore" therapy with added focus on inner thighs. He was overjoyed. Initially, incredibly professional, staff member made him feel at ease, knowledgeable, approachable, and truly enhanced my husband's experience delightful. My stylist was incredibly attentive and adept at grasping my vision when I presented her with a myriad of disparate inspiration images. I emphasized to her, "I simply want to feel beautiful," as it had been a while since I had. I shared my fondness for bangs, which I had sported for years, and my interest in the curtain bang style. However, the current state of my hair wasn't aligning with that vibe. She promptly suggested incorporating some fringe in the middle to tie everything together, and I was ecstatic with the outcome. She guided me through the process, ensuring I knew what to anticipate and empowering me to voice any desire for a shorter length or alteration. I actually felt confident enough to look in the mirror without averting my gaze once she was done. She was engaging, interactive, and we engaged in delightful conversation. Eva, who was at the front desk, and Nanda, the aesthetician, truly brightened my day. I encountered a payment issue that left me mortified! Eva was incredibly warm and focused on finding a solution. Nanda's work was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning to see her. She is truly exceptional at what she does. I reached out and left a message with the corporate office to express how wonderfully they treated me. I rarely leave reviews, but these women were beyond exceptional. If I had been elsewhere, I'm certain I would have left in tears due to the embarrassment of my card being declined. Eva went above and beyond and resolved my issue. Eva is a truly beautiful person, inside and out. Her compassion and kindness were remarkable. I felt no shame or judgment from anyone there. The care they showed me as a human being was truly remarkable. Due to the exceptional treatment I received from these lovely women today, you now have a loyal customer in me. My visit to Mercy Studio was nothing short of fantastic. This was my second procedure with Mercedes, and after having my eyebrows done, I decided to go for lip microblading.
