After my appointment, I waited for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time, despite arriving early. This has happened before, and although I understand they are busy, I am also pressed for time. I typically schedule weekday appointments around my meetings, but lately, I have been experiencing delays. Additionally, the pedicure chairs are partially broken, which has been an issue during my last three visits.
While passing through, I scheduled an appointment and had my nails and pedicure done by Kim, the owner. She was amazing and did a fantastic job. Wendy assisted with my appointment and applied the polish on my toes. Both ladies were incredibly kind and their work was exceptional. ❤️
I had a swift appointment and the staff was very welcoming with unique nail designs. I do wish there were more gel color options, but overall, a pleasant visit.
