They managed to fit me in last minute, which was great since my schedule is hectic. Shelley styled my hair beautifully, and Tracey was also there, offering suggestions on restaurants and food spots. After my appointment, I waited for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time, despite arriving early. This has happened before, and although I understand they are busy, I am also pressed for time. I typically schedule weekday appointments around my meetings, but lately, I have been experiencing delays.
