The service was top-notch. My technician was so friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my manicure did not turn out as expected. Unsure if the nail polish was old or if it’s because she shook the bottle before applying, but it bubbled on my nails. Despite waiting for it to dry, it didn't look good. I couldn't go out like that, so I had to remove it. Oh well.
All of the massage therapists are fantastic, but Alex has truly gifted hands! Every time I've seen her, I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated! She is exceptional. The Spa is the go-to place for massage services! The team is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The setting is pristine and tranquil. Can't ask for more... Except to return more often.
