Lena, my hair stylist, was absolutely AMAZING! She was professional, kind, and respectful. Incredibly knowledgeable, she ensured I was well-informed about my hair decisions. The front desk staff, both downstairs and upstairs, were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the overall experience.
The service was superb. My technician was approachable and professional. Unfortunately my manicure did not turn out as expected. Uncertain if the nail polish was old or due to shaking the bottle, it bubbled on my nails. Despite waiting for it to dry, it did not look good. I couldn't go out like that, so I had to remove it. Oh well.
