Several months back, I had my labret pierced. In hindsight, I should have halted the process and left. The artist's station was disorganized, rushed, and unsanitary. He pierced me off-center without using a clamp, fumbled repeatedly, and struggled to complete the task.
If you’re pondering a visit here, exercise caution. I sought a wrist quote from the artist, Joseph Khan. I shared my vision, he presented font options, and printed the one I favored. Upon inspection, I noticed a typo: “I the get.” He promptly corrected it to “I get the,” assuring me it was the right one. However, he mistakenly discarded the incorrect version and tattooed “I the get” instead. I alerted him immediately, and he expressed genuine remorse, offering to cover removal costs. Yet, when the time came for the procedure, the services remained unpaid. Despite my efforts to contact him, the shop provided no assistance. I would have settled for a refund, but even that was denied. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!
Had a delightful tattoo experience with Isaac—friendly, efficient, and thorough in explaining aftercare. Dina was also a joy to converse with. The staff exhibited a clean and professional approach overall.
