Visit their Instagram for my detailed feedback, too lengthy for Google. Absolutely furious. Left feeling exploited and deceived by the individual who attended to my 12-year-old daughter. Unwilling to stay silent after the incident at this establishment. We will not be patronizing them again.
Entered with my 4-year-old son, informed of a 30-minute wait. Went elsewhere, called back in 10 minutes, rushed to return within 3 minutes. Upon arrival, told they couldn't accommodate us, took 2 others ahead. Expressed concerns, met with silence for 15 minutes as more were served. Unpleasant service. Delayed opening, no staff for 30-45 minutes. Avoid this place, seek better options.
Spontaneously visited this salon today with my two young sons (ages 3 and 4.5) for haircuts. Prompt service, assisted by Charles, who immediately connected with my boys, creating a fun atmosphere. Patient and attentive throughout, especially when the boys became fidgety. Unlike other salons, where rushed service is common, this older yet tidy salon stood out. Will definitely return, particularly for Charles. Appreciated his warmth, and the boys' cuts are fantastic! A wonderful experience indeed.
