My visit here was unpleasant. The elderly lady struggled with the task and failed to provide proper service details on my first visit. No apologies were offered. I won't be returning!
Usually, I enjoy positive experiences here, but this time, an unfamiliar person handled my eyebrow threading... my arch is now lost, both brows are overly thin and asymmetrical. I'm devastated and need to start over 😭...
Had a dreadful time! Recently relocated to Olathe, seeking a brow threading spot, won't return to this place. My mother in law, with special needs, required assistance, but the lady's reaction was unfriendly... she insisted on managing alone. Result? Ruined eyebrows, shortened, trimmed too much, lacking natural beauty!! Despite my clear instructions to preserve her natural arch, unnecessary alterations were made... sadly, they lack the drive to heed customer requests.
