The pictures speak for themselves haha the person was friendly. However, this is the worst nail job I've ever had. I immediately took photos when I got home. By the way, that finger was supposed to be a Santa Claus hat 😬 I won't be returning.
Helen has always done exceptional work on my nails. She is incredibly kind and receptive to my ideas. I loved how she incorporated a Christmas Tree & Snowflake into my festive design. 🤍🎄
They were pleasant, but there were a couple of significant issues. When I arrived for a fill, I was informed of a 30-minute wait. No problem. After 45 minutes, another woman walked in without an appointment, requesting a full set. She was seated in 10 minutes. It took another 15 minutes for them to seat me. I needed a fill for my previous set, but unfortunately, the technician didn't do a good job. The polish isn't close to the cuticle, so it won't last long. The edges are messy, and the previous color is showing through in multiple spots. Regrettably, I won't be coming back.
